We understand that choosing the perfect instrument is a personal decision, and sometimes things don’t quite work out as planned. That’s why we offer a fair and hassle-free return and refund policy.

Returns:

• You can return an unused and undamaged harmonium within 14 days of purchase for a full refund minus the shipping cost.
• To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service team via email at nationalmusicind@gmail.com or call us at +919832318198. We’ll happily answer any questions and guide you through the process.
• Please note that the original order confirmation email or invoice is required for all returns.
• Returned instruments must be in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation intact.
• Please ensure the packaging is appropriate for safe return shipping. National Music India is not responsible for damage incurred during return transit.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned harmonium and confirm it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund within 5 working days.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Please allow additional processing time depending on your bank or financial institution.

Exceptions:

• We cannot accept returns for used, damaged, or altered harmoniums.
• Custom-made or personalized instruments are also non-returnable.

Shipping:

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
