I bought 4 scale best in the line harmonium in march 2024 for $1300.It was delivered to me in may. Soon it arrived noticed defect buzzing four five keys and brought to owner Mr. Chaudhry’s attention he tried to help by video call and sent a replacement reed but some how fault won’t go away. I tried with Mr. Chaudhry few more times to fix but in-spite of his best efforts it didn’t work out. Sitting far away nothing much could be done . My bad luck. Out of frustration I wrote a review which was not good and gave one star . But since then feeling guilty that’s why today I am editing my review of the company and specifically Mr. Chaudhry’s sincere attempt to rectify the issue . He is a very generous person and humble. so my sincere apology to him for writing the review. I never meant to harm his business. Quality of the product is excellent only some time things don’t workout as you expect.But sitting far away nothing much can be done. I am little disappointed but it’s not end of the world. I am going to order one more time with him a smaller version which is around $500 and hopefully it will work out. Meanwhile I wish Mr. Chaudhry and his company all the best for future.👏👍

I am from UK and I had a really good experience purchasing my harmonium with National Music based in Kolkata, India. I first found them on Etsy. I contacted Mr SK Helal Uddin from Etsy, he provided me his contact number and we conversed over WhatsApp. We discussed various options and he provided demo videos as per my request and sharing experiences from others. In the end I went for a customised premium 3 line portable harmonium with a coupler system. Matt black colour with the orange keys. The personalisation on the pump looks amazing as well and overall the harmonium is an absolute masterpiece, sounds amazing. It took approx 40+ days from paying for my order to it being delivered. Payment is secure via PayPal. I really appreciate the care and attention taken for delivery to ensure the harmonium does not get damaged. Arrived in a metal box in the padded bag with plenty of polystyrene and thick newspaper packaging to avoid any damage. It was hard to get all the thick newspaper packaging out but its worth it as you would not want your harmonium to have any damage. The delivery was by DHL so you know its being handled by a trusted international courier company. Overall you won't be disappointed purchasing your harmonium from National Music. Mr Uddin will take good care of you and you can request updates he will respond. He was also kind to share photos during production and the finished harmonium as well on my request. This is real beauty of handmade craftsmanship. Thank you to Mr Uddin and his team 🙏. Gauranga!!
